A Thought About Writing

As an English Instructor, I love writing innocuous comments about grammar on my students' papers.

They hate it.

I still dream of a day where all of my students write in complete sentences, finally figure out how to use a semi-colon properly, and understand short subject/verb sentences are highly effective.
