A Wife's Work Is Never Done

My brother-in-law has a formidable mind--one that is known to deliver a gem of a line from time to time.

A while back, his wife was complaining about his lack of doing laundry. To retort, he dryly stated: "If I wanted to do my own laundry, I would have stayed single."

So much for Betty Friedan and The Feminine Mystique. Mary Wollstonecraft and Susan B. Anthony must be turning in their graves.
